Not even a cancelled match, two cancelled ferries and a cancelled flight home stopped the girls from making the most of their trip to the UK. Well done to all 22 girls who returned safely on Monday afternoon from an extended hockey trip to Wales.
The girls enjoyed two very competitive matches v Carmarthen and Whitchurch hockey clubs in South Wales and Cardiff as well as an excellent coaching session from two club coaches in Whitchurch hockey club.
The girls also soaked in the sights and shops of Cardiff City including a visit to Cardiff Castle and The National Museum along with some evening activities.
Huge credit must be given to all the girls for their behaviour, and in dealing with the travel disruption. Well done 👏
