A massive congratulations to Noah Switzer (freestyle), Ricky Fane (breaststroke), Ben Coleman (backstroke), and Dylan Gunn (butterfly), who secured a GOLD All-Ireland medal in the individual medley relay!

With an outstanding combined time of 1:54.55, they are now officially the fastest individual medley relay team in Ireland. This is an incredible achievement for the boys and a proud moment for our school. Well done also to Andy Switzer, Ben Coleman, Ricky Fane, Rebecca Tanner, and Amy Hawe who represented us brilliantly across both freestyle and individual medleys.

A special mention to Rebecca Tanner, who competed at Senior level while still in Form 1. This is a notable achievement at such a young age.

We’d also like to acknowledge Amy Hawe, who took part in her final school swimming gala today. Over the past three years, Amy has consistently represented Midleton College, earning several medals along the way. It has been a privilege to have such a dedicated and strong female athlete competing for the school.
